Someday the wind will let up. Someday.
I went out to the wall (aka mccaslin) and had my rear handed to me. 11 miles with 800 feet of climbing shouldn't be a problem. Not today.
My list of excuses:
1) In the midst of allergy season and getting half the sleep normally the last 4 days.
2) Just had PT on my arm an hr before riding down and up mccaslin.
3) 6 weeks no riding due to accident
4) Last but not least... 20-30 mph side wind.
My god that was a bad idea. So, what are hill repeats done once?
