Good bike fit is also very important. A cheap bike that fits you well may be faster for you than a super-expensive bike that fits poorly.
Bike weight matters to racers, but not so much to recreational riders. Unless the climb is several thousand vertical feet and the weight difference is a couple of pounds or more, your climbing time difference will likely be under 1 minute.
That said, the Taiwanese Madones are a good value for your money. I would go for the cheapest one with 105 components.
