This morning (Monday) was my second commute this year. Great weather, although somewhat chilly. +4C when I left home, but dry and sunshine and a slight tail wind. A pleasant ride (16kms / 10 miles). I usually don't have any extra time during my morning commutes so I'm pretty much limited to the straightest route. This morning I did not mind, as the route follows the sea shore for about 5 kms. I thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent views during the trip. What a way to start the week! I'll remember this morning when I struggle with the strong headwinds and chilly rains later this summer.
