Cramping?

My training and diet have not changed any. I stay really hydrated throughout the day drinking over a gallon of water. But this morning on my race prep ride (short, easy, sweet) my calf muscles were cramping. Even now as I type this, I can feel them twitching. I haven't changed my cleats.

Wait! I just thought of something: My SL1 is being sent off. I'm riding my Cannondale. What would my bike setup be in order to cause cramps in the calf muscles? Seat height? Fore/Aft?

I may be racing a crit tomorrow and I don't want to be cramping.
