I think the team fuji ranks a bit higher than "basic" UJB, I'm sure one of the Fuji fans will chime in with exact details. My gut feeling is it's bigger than 60cm, it looks like the paint is rough and there *may* be rust and corrosion that *could* make restoration more "challenging", and some of those components may be "downgrades" (like the AR), but not anything that appears to be major crap. If you can really fit the frame and the price is right, I'd definitely go for it cause I think it could be a great ride.
Edit: now that I've done a little research, I think the AR may be OEM and this model is likely a mid-level grade in the Fuji line-up. The Team name was used on varying model-grades over the years, and this might have decent tubing (or merely so-so) and a boring gruppo, or...
