Have these on 2 of my bikes, and love them. The big advantage is the virtual cadence (You don't have to run another wire to your cranks), and being able to switch functions from the hoods. Both of mine are of the wireless variety, and have worked without fail for many years now. I really couldn't be happier.
The only downside is the expense. Good luck with your decision!
