As I pass the Day Care he yells "stay off the damn road" with child at his side. "Father of the Year" I tell ya. But for every jack-ass I encounter there are hundreds if not thousands of motorist I pass with no conflict at all, so I let the occasional one slide.
I had similar experience to this about a year ago. A guy tailgated me for a while (I was taking the lane, preparing to merge left), then as I signalled that I was merging gunned it, passed me on the left--barely missing my outstretched hand--then cut it back in front of me to turn into a day care.

I was so enraged at this that I pulled into the day care behind him. We exchanged a lot of words in front of his son (maybe 3 years old). When I pointed out that my being in the lane delayed him by all of maybe 3 seconds, he said, "Your life isn't worth 3 seconds of my time." Yes, he really said that while holding his kid's hand.
