I reckon you have the right clamp set for those forks. The forks look identical to the ones I fitted Taras to on my old steel Rockhoppers.

I had problems using the smaller size clamps for the 2 old steel Rockhoppers because the supplied clamp bolts were a bit too short. I ended up having to get longer bolts to make the smaller size clamps fit properly around the forks at the mid point.
