How about super glueing ball bearings in the stem bolt and seat post binder so people have a harder time messing with your stuff? Kinda a pain to swap parts or make adjustments after being done but that's kinda the point and it's a small price to pay for not eating pavement because of some ******bag having a good time.
Man this kinda stuff makes me mad! I had someone remove the valve on a tire once. That sucked. It was a long walk home 'cause I only had a patch kit. No extra tube.......Hope someone catches the bastage red handed!
