Last night when I left work I turned the AC off. Yes, the weather is perfect for having the windows up and listening to the spring birds in the trees outside but the overweight car drivers start sweating with temps over 70 and they still rule the office. Today, I was admonished to "use the remote" next time. Apparently the new AC has a remote control like a TV set has. Who would've guessed? The issue is that if I don't use the remote when I turn it off at night, the car driver has to walk an extra 10 ft. to turn the thing on. Its great. I walk past the AC on my way over to get the remote. For the rest of the warm weather season I get a chuckle at the end of each day.
