Melbourne, Victoria. Houses are expensive, though, and you'd have to do the immigration thing. But that's a small price for the Saturday and Sunday Beach Rd rides from St. Kilda to Mt. Eliza and back.
My wife went to Australia with her sister and LOVED IT!
