I have seen Skeppshult bikes available here, and at least one of my local bike shops sells this Cannondale bike: http://gb.cannondale.com/bikes/07/ce...odel-7SS1.html

I'm not sure if that is what you had in mind by luxury city bikes, but this is the closest I have seen so far.
