A co-worker went to a garage sale and bought a bike for $5. She said it had 700c tires. Here is some of the e-mail she sent :

"I searched all over and could not find anything on the bike. The name on the frame says FRAMEWORK and says it is Made in Germany. I have discovered that there are not many bikes made in Germany these days. I found one company that does custom bikes. But, I don’t think that was the bike company. It has been kind of interesting searching for info on it. But, so far, I have had no luck."

So does any fellow C&V members have any ideas.
