There are a lot of jobs that require just that. It is spelled out in the company handbook/policy, that good hygiene and proper work attire is required. Whereas these are not in the ads, because any reasonable person would assume this to be the case. Needing a vehicle because mass transit is not an option should be in the ad to prevent people who do not have the means to get to the location from wasting their time applying.
