We have the same issue with our crews. We are a traveling company, but if the guys can't make it to the pickup point dependably and when they are supposed to, it becomes an issue. We base our work schedules on a certain number of workers, if they don't show it hurts; the other members of the crew, the profit margin, customer satisfaction, quality, etc.
