I am the same way, I am 6' 215 and I am hoping by commuting and running a few times a week I can get to below 200 maybe 195 or so. I think I have lost 5 pounds or so since I have been back on the bike this year and I rode through the winter for the most part.
I think I need to cut back on beer a bit if I really want to reach this goal, yikes!
