Hi,

Just got a new wheelset delivered from Edina Bike (sweeeet). The front wheel has a plastic piece sticking out both ends of the axle. It's wedged in with no obvious way to release. How do I get it out? Just snip and yank? Figured I'd ask before I do anything dumb.
