Started about a year and a half ago, about 60 miles/week average for commuting, plus probably about another 20 miles/week on the weekend.
I tend toward the leisurely on the way to work and save the sprint/interval training for the ride home.
So far I've gone from 5'8" and 180 lbs to 5'8" and 160 lbs. I don't expect (or believe I need) to lose a whole lot more than that.
