Bikes: MTB Agressor for now.

I'd keep the membership. Cardio is mainly to strengthen the heart and increase your abiliity to lose fat. You will burn up muscle if you do not incorperate weights into your workouts. I quit lifting because if CTS and I kept biking and I lost 10 lbs and most of it was muscle, that was in a two month period of time.
