R-20's : They come in different flavors...
I understand why you'd want one. Just to be clear, it is a separable - there is essentially a really big screw that holds the front of the bike and the rear triangle together. I really am considering throwing on my 451 flip flop, getting a front to match, and running it with a front road style break. The other thing I would like to upgrade is the bottom bracket. It's a one piece design, but I have seen some 1 piece to 3 piece crank conversion kits on line. I have a spare 105 crank that I would luv to throw on there.

...and yes, even in its current configuration, it is definitely quite a bit lighter than my R20,
