I bought one in march. And a Strada for weekend rides last friday during the sale. I won't buy a bike anywhere else even though they are 60 miles away. 1 year return policy, best customer service ever, dividend every march to use for more bike stuff, 20% off every march, and another dividend on the rei visa. It should be enough to pay for next years accessories every march. I've tried to buy bikes at other shops but leave because they don't want to be bothered with customers
