Pcad rides alone. In the woods Pcad is a Complete and Utter Wussy. I have no desire to share my secret trail stash with anybody. But if you're so inclined it's Goosepond Mountain State Park in Chester, NY and they don't charge admission. They have one part time park ranger, and he can't even keep the kids and their ATVs out of there most of the time.

The best part about Goosepond is that it's not too technical. I never claimed it was difficult, I said it was Big Fun. If you want technical there's plenty of crap in this area that's pure Rock/Root Garden Hell, so you can crash and scrape your knees and curse and fall to your heart's desire. Fortunately there is some stuff that's more fun to ride on too.
