I'm just shy of 6 feet and within 10 pounds of your weight. I ride a 56 and a 57 size frame. Everyone is different, but if I were you, I'd be looking for a 57cm size.

Edit: Anything with Suntour components is going to be fairly old. Shimano and SRAM are the big players in the US these days.
