Power differences on the Turbo v's the road
Hi,
I am finding when doing 2 x 20 min at just below my FTP feels very hard... Yet when I am time trialling I can apply up to 20 watts more & it doesn't feel anywhere near as hard.
i.e Did 10 watts above my FTP today for 25 miles.. & I struggle to hold my FTP for 20 mins on the Turbo with lots more lactate feeling in my legs..
I am using Ergomo power meter..
Can this simply be perception or possibly something else? I'm pretty new to using power..
