I've been looking at some equipment that's designed for this. It usually involves a camera-only unit that you could clip on the bike or your helmet, connected to a digital recording unit that you strap to yourself. But they are very expensive.

I'm more incline to make my own rig with a cheapo digi-cam from x-mart and some ties/duct-tape.

Please show your picture-taking/movie-making rigs, home made helmet cams etc.
