Use acetone, use lots of it and rub hard. It will work but it evaporates very fast and you have to keep the decals wet with it while you rub. I've used it very succesfully to remove decals from my Litespeed. Newer Litespeeds have thicker, more durable decals that require more work to remove but acetone does it.

Whoops, I just realize how old this thread is and I already posted pretty much the same info earlier. Sorry for the duplicate advice.
