While I'm usually not a fan of compact road frames, and while others tend to complain about reflectors or reflective strips versus lights, I actually like this one, and I am a fan of reflective decals on rims. I left them on my SLR wheelset as well, and I like the way they look.
I used to own a sign business, and the 3M reflective vinyl is some wicked stuff. wide angle of reflection, and super bright. That stuff catches the slightest bit of light and makes the vinyl glow like it's back-lit.
