Hi ride505, where are you located? $150 does not sound unreasonable, depending on your location. Also, you would want to make sure that there are new cables, good tyres, etc., for that price.

The 210 was the 'low end' bike of Miyata's Touring Series of bicycles. Nevertheless, it was an EXCELLENT machine, particularly by the 1980s. It should make a great commuter.
