If I reach for my handgun I am already convienced I am about to be killed and ahve exhausted all other possibillites. There for rules dont matter. In Indiana I can pretty much shoot anything I am scared of (ok let me rephrase) I have to be in fear of my life. Having said that I rarely carry anymore.
