Took us about 3 weeks from the time that we were told the frame went to paint until it was ready for us. I called Eugene a couple of times because the ship date kept getting pushed/missed.

+1 on needing a good LBS with great tandem mechanics. It's not like putting a jigsaw puzzle together--requires a lot of careful attention, fitting, adjustment.

Love the bike.
