But this sort of begs the question: what about lights that aren't on timers, but are tripped by sensors in the road. My carbon bike doesn't trip the sensor (at least, I don't think it does) and I will wait forever... or until a car comes along to trip the sensor. What are you supposed to do in that case? I just run the light when traffic allows.
