As stated in PM, if it is truly a PX-10, I think it would be. I don't know Peugeots well enough to know for sure.

Are you specifically interested in Peugeots, or is it a coincidence?
The reason for asking is that French bikes can be challenging to find parts for if you need to replace the stem, headset or bottom bracket.
If you really want a Peugeot, this is definitely not a show stopper, but if you are simply interested in vintage road bikes, then there are other options without these limitations. They can be found, but it is something to weigh in your decision making process.
