Well, it is suppose to prepare us for Mt. Mitchell. But still, I was talking someone today who said they were sore until Wednesday. I still think Saturday's ride was pretty tough & I am sure the next one will be too. I am like you & have been waiting for the Q sheet. But the BBQ was good. Looking forward to that after the next ride.
