When I think of schwag, I think of upgrades that are "sort of needed, but not really." For example, a new wheelset (depending on budget) can be schwag, but a new headset replacement is a necessity. When it comes to cycling, I'm, for the most part, conservative.

- Japanese bike monster jersey for $33.
- Some bike maintenance tools
- Clipless pedals and Northwaves (could have stood with toeclips and Pumas!)
