I was at vienna til 7:15, then Rosslyn a bit after 8 and Alexandria just as they were shutting down. I was really surprised how few people were riding today. It was clear--while riding west on the way home--that the wind was really bugging the casual commuters. Part of me felt badly for them, the rest of me... not so much.
