+1 for the Fox Labs pepper spray. It's the brand I use after doing a lot of research on the various pepper sprays that are available.

I was test spraying a cannister of it one time and just caught a little whiff of the residual overspray. Geez, that was bad enough! I can't imagine what it would be like to catch some directly in the face!
