Is Probikekit deliberately making it hard to return items bought from them for refunds? I have been trying to fill out the returns form they have on their website, as they instucted in their "new returns policy", but it keeps telling me to "please try again".

I am stumped. I have "tried again" 15 times!, still says "try again".

What gives?
