Great value, but they were a major pain to deal with, and my LBS did the rest*
OK value, quality of product not so great, and my LBS did the rest*
Lame value, lame experience all the way around, and my LBS did the rest*

*includes complete disassembly, frame alignment, frame prep, replaced rear derailleur hanger and bottom bracket, did a professional fitting and replaced bar, stem, seatpost. I also had to buy aftermarket Shimano Ultegra brakes, crankset, chain, cassette, front derailleur and headset so I could be 'full Ultegra' as advertised. All this since I couldn't send the shoddily assembled bike back in a pre-paid UPS box, no questioned asked.

Added: But I have the satisfaction of riding the same bike that has won many Tours de France

You'd be surprised how many name brand bikes arrive at the bike shop in similar condition.
