Are you really sure there's no adjustment for tilt? Really slacken off the bolt and the frame the rails are clamped into should move (there are little serrations), get it to the right point and you can clamp it tight. What I have noticed is that the bolt needs to be a lot looser than is required for moving the fore-aft position.
