just so you know, if you buy a budget wheelset online you'll need to re-build them within the first 100 miles because they will be so poorly tensioned. I got my LBS to rebuild a pair for $40 which was a steal, and it was still cheaper than doing a full build through an LBS but not by much and then they don't stand behind them, I wouldn't do it again. As for a great town set I ride Velocity Deep V's to formulas on my town beater but I'd rather be rolling on DT Swiss rr 1.1's to formulas, way lighter super strong and way less flashy. You could also go with Mavic Open Pro's but the DT's are a better build IMO. But then again staying at $200 can be tough for a pair built up. I would say don't skimp here, wait another 2 weeks for a paycheck and get what you really want and do it right the first time because your wheels are what actually are rolling and you should choose wisely!
