BD's marketing DOES try to ride on the traditions of their purchased brand names. Kind of like Saab implying their cars have something in common with jet fighters.
BD's ads that I've seen always have the bikes priced at half their retail value just like those stores that have been holding "Going Out of Business" sales for years and years.
BD's owner has been on the Road forum asking for suggestions and he's been told all of this and he seems to think his ads are fine. Also loves his decals though the fixie bikes have them optional or easily removable.
A no-name frame with components slapped on it, some big decals and a decent price. That's what you get.
And this should be enough feeding of the trolls.
