Pretty easy:
1. loosen the caliper mounting bolts (loosen enough so the caliper can move side-to-side freely)
2. squeeze brake lever
3. tighten the caliper mounting bolts, while you continue to squeeze the brake lever.
The caliper will self-center when you do #2 and 3.
