There's only one good option for an internal hub, and that's the Rohloff SpeedHub, but expect to pay anywhere from $1,000- $1,300.
From what it sounds like, you need to bring the bike in to get the deraillieurs adjusted. Just run them until they break, then decide if you want to upgrade/convert. It isn't worth ditching gears because they are out of adjustment.
