i agree with everything here. i think though is you want decent shape you need some kind of lighting. i'm fairly confident that biking will take care of my legs and fat on my belly. but i want my upper body to be larger..
i think eatting right is key. cut out crappy foods and just eat clean. this along with lifting and biking i think you'd see great results.
i also supplement some, which some disagree with. i take a multivitamin which i feel helps with general health. i take ZMA which helps your body recover (after work out and at night) and i take green tea extract which i feel kills unnecessary appetite as well as burns fat..
