Bikes: Specialized Roubaix Expert 2007,Stumpjumper 2007,Enduro 2006

I have been wanting purchase a small torque wrench for my carbon bike. I have not seen any affordable that go low enough except the small Park which I saw bad reviews on.
I will probably get this:
