If no one has the specs for this very obscure (but cool) frame:
Get a cheap vernier caliper (usually under $10, measures to .1mm) and measure the headtube opening, the crown diameter on the steerer tube where the race sits, and the threads on the steerer tube and BB and you will know what you need.
