Maybe not full time, but with 4 bikes in the house to keep up with, I am using my torque wrench several times per week. I opted for the (expensive!) Effetto Mariposa (http://www.effettomariposa.com/prodotti_en.html), but I like to have good quality tools because I buy them once and keep them for my whole life.

I believe Park makes two wrenches, a high and a low torque. I just use a Craftsman for high-torque. It is the low torque stuff that is sensitive and the Mariposa goes up to 16 Nm (about 140 inch lbs).
