I cant believe you guys riding in this smoldering heat!!
Riding in the heat is detrimental to your form and morale!!

Why not skip the bike on these hot days and hit the beach?
You get water massage for your whole body by boogieboarding/surfing and playing in the water, and an excellent rest!
I hated Ontario crits in the middle/end of the summer- it was like puking inside an owen!

Two at the start, two in the middle and two more in the later middle. Plus a sliced pear and a bag of ice in my center jersey pocket. Right on the lower back. I only spent 4 hours in the daylight.
But, it's the first "hot" ride of the year. I wonder when I will break last years 115?
