-4 Fahrenheit is common, my record is -40F (which by coincidence is exactly the same as -40C) and believe me that bites. My wife (a true viking wench) called me a sissy when I said I couldnīt ride a bike at -40, she rode hers to the stable to go horseriding. No wonde we drink a load of vodka every winter....
