I've had good luck with the Suntour Compe-V. It has the necessary cable stop that you're going to need and works well with triples. It is reverse throw (meaning you have to pull cable to move it to a smaller ring). On a couple of applications, I have had to file a little bit off where the limit screw touches; very easily done on these particular derailleurs.
